Turnaround Policies
All items made in-house at LittleWhatKnotsCo, LLC are created to order and are subject to a 14 business day turnaround time. This includes, but is not limited to – shirts, patches, hats, stickers, kindle inserts, and similar items.
Handmade/sewn items require additional time due to the nature of the work and fabric sourcing. These projects have a turnaround time of up to 30 days, allowing time for fabric ordering, production, and finishing details.
Items that require outside manufacturing are subject to a 4–6 week turnaround time from the date the order closes. Specific turnaround details for these items will always be listed on the corresponding Facebook post.
Please note that turnaround times reflect production time only and do not include shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated turnaround times.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of customization, all LittleWhatKnotsCo, LLC items are made to order and sales are final. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following situations:
- Your item arrives damaged due to shipping
- You receive an incorrect item (error on our part)
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Please note:
- Variations in color, grain, or texture are natural and expected, especially with handmade and laser-cut items
- Minor imperfections are part of the handmade charm and do not qualify for refunds
